129f question 11

My fiancee and I filed a 129 petition last year.We cancelled it before it was approved(noa2).So now we are ready to file again.Question 11 on the 129 f Have you ever filed for this or any other alien fiancee or husband/wife before?Since we was never approved we should answer NO.Is this correct?

I see the answer as 'Yes' since you did (doesn't matter that the petition was withdrawn).

IT says If YES give name of all aliens place and date of filing,A# and result.It was never approved so we never received an A#.That is why I was thinking Weshould answer no.

If you have it - might not be a bad idea to include a copy of the confirmation notice/letter from USCIS (confirming the withdraw). Not necessary (if you don't have it) but not a bad idea to include it if you do.
