ok doing k3 sending 129f tomorrow god willing, got a question

ok im sending 129f tomorrow, god willing, and im asking in the g325 forms, i send the original ones on the i130 and copys like it ask and of course i got my copies of all this in thier folders cause i made 2 complete exact copies of the packet i sent, but do they want another g325 form signed like original signature ,,, or do i just send them the packet i already send with the i130 with a cover letter, 129 f form and the noa1? thanks

Isn't K-3 obsolete by now? Why would you want to spend extra $1010 for AOS and then wait for EAD and GC when you could have GC upon arrival in US?

ok i will state this one time,, and i mean no disrespect with this but,, i knowww about the cr1 and the k3 and we chose k3 for our own personal reasons, now all i wanted to know was the 129 f package, its not a matter of money , its a matter of other things, nowwww moving on to my question please,. thank you

The two petitions stand on their own. All supporting documentation must be provided with each. Don't expect anything you send to depend on anything already sent except the receipt for having filed the I-130.

I actually sent my NOA1 from my I-130 my marriage Cert(copy) and the I-129F (putting n/a on questions 17 & 18)
