I know I was reading somewhere, but can't find where, that the time that people should arrive for the interview is like 7:30am or 7:40am. I know I saw it somewhere, but I just can't find it. The Embassy website does not state this, or again, I can't find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I meant Moscow. I know it says OFFICALLY 8:00AM, but I thought I read somewhere that it was supposed to be earlier than that... just can't find it.

Yes, but where did we read it at?

Here are some nice maps of downtown Moscow showing the key places with a photo of the Embassy.

Moscow Maps

Alla has already scoped out the building the entry door; she said it's like a 10 minute walk from the Metro.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

maybe you read it on this page

http://moscow.usembassy.gov/ivinterv.html

All immigrant visa appointments begin at 8:00 a.m. Applicants should arrive at the Embassy's Novinskiy Bulvar gate at 7:40 a.m. (You must already know your case number)

yes, that's exactly the place.

By the way, I still can't believe they did not update interview schedule.

What are these forms for?

UFMS Visa registration forms

These are the new visa registration forms.

What was OVIR is now UFMS

(Department of the Federal Migration Service).

This page has a decent explanation for the new process.
