My husband and i lost his appointment letter for his Green card appointment, which is tomorrow. I was getting his papers ready when i realized it wasnt there (where i keep the rest of them), and i tore my whole apartment apart, along with my car, and all of my hair in the process. I know you are supposed to have it, but does anybody know what happens if you dont have it? Will they still let us in?? Does anybody have any advice?? This is urgent!!!

I think you should go with or without the appointment letter. Missing an appointment seems to have pretty bad consequences, and whoever checks that sort of thing should be able to check the interview schedule and see you on it.

Good luck!

ok, thats what i was thinking, that we should be in the system, since we do know where and exactly what time our appointment is. Although it is very nerve racking not having the appointment letter now. is there a 'copy' of one up on this site that i can go by of things that i need?? so i can double check and check things off?

The only one I could quickly find was from 4+ years ago.

Here's a copy of mine, from last month.

Nice - I snagged it an put it up in the VJ Gallery (as you know, there's no personal info visible on it).
