Hello everyone im new here and had a couple of questions :)

First of all i just got my DS-3032 in the mail yesterday and i was wondering can i fill everything out and fax it to my husband let him sign it and then fax it back to me so i can sent it to NVC cuz mail in his country is very slow and always gets lost.

I Asked NVC yesterday and they said "he has to send it" but i dont trust them every time i call them they have a new answer. soo annoying.

I was planning to E-mail the ds-3032 but i hear its takes forever for NVC to approve the E-mails.

If i was to email i just use the template from the "Shortcuts" thread? i dont have to attach a signatue?

I realy would rather send it by mail and E-mail.

And also can i pay the AOS now?

Sorry for all the question i hope you can understand me lol.

you can fax it to your husband, but how about instead of having him fax it back, you have him scan it and email it to you. you can print the color copy and mail it. as far as the aos, you can go ahead and pay it online. good luck

You are posting in the K3 forum about a DS 3032. No such form is part of the K3 process. If you are pursuing the CR1 visa, please post your questions in the appropriate forum. Email the DS 3032 and have him mail an original as back-up. Faxing or scanning are not viable options.

our scanned copy was accepted no problems. of course it looked like the original.

A signed document should always be presented in original form. They must have overlooked but they have all the rights to deny it. Its safer to play the game by the rules so you don't get RFE and additional disapppointement/heartaches to go with it..
