I saw this on USCIS' website when I went to sign in today. I just thought I would post this as an FYI to everyone...

So i will no longer be looking at other peoples cases and therefore will not be able to update the spreadsheet anymore.

Yeah, better not F with the government.

We will all get approved. All in good time.

For now all you guys need to chill. Not because it's a right thing to do, but because you will blow a gasket if you don't. I'm in the same boat as you all, I am waiting too, so I know how damn hard it is and how every day a little bit of that hope is lost and lost and lost, but we all have to stop obsessing.

Best of luck to everyone, I'm a go pour myself another one :P

It's located in the sign-up section. You agreed to the terms if you created an account...

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/termscondi...ntextType=CU_EN

Also if you read the fine print, unauthorized use can be grounds of dismissal.

The only they can link to you is if you had linked other people's petitions to your profile.

In any case. Guys, we all need to effing chill. I've gotten so worked up over this that I've been self-medicating with booze and couldn't sleep.

We have to wait, as excruciating the wait is - it's all we got.

Count off one day at a time. I cross out days on my calendar, and you know, it sorta helps... In the end, we will all look back at this nightmare and sigh with relief

Look on these two time-lines:

NOA1 : 2009-11-04 VSC

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profil...=0&id=77407

NOA1 : 2009-11-05 CSC

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profil...=0&id=75156

In Dec the VSC was a month ahead of the CSC. Now we have fallen a month behind.

I don't know about anyone else but it's very hard to "effing chill" with this kind of confusion. Also just an observation, isn't there a Dec filers thread. I'm just saying some might find more of a common ground there, if they were a Dec filer.

Yes, being told to "chill", which I know is meant kindly, actually has the opposite effect, when my case hasn't even been touched since they cashed the cheque over 110 days ago, when I see approvals in 21 days for my fellow travellers who filed 3 months after me, and from my own country, the UK, (so no excuses from VSC about "humanitarian" cases having to be processed first, pluuueease!), when I know there is nothing complicated about my case, when myself and my fiance both have jobs which require high level security clearance (and we are criminal record checked more than once a year).

I get great comfort from you guys on this site, from the hilarious banter, and from the ranting and raving. I am a tough old dog, can laugh in the face of adversity, able to take the rough justice of life at the worst of times and put my own needs aside for others in worse situations, but this latest January approval is the nail in the coffin in terms of just how much blatant unfairness of process I am expected to suck up without going mental. I may live like a dog, look like a dog (especially in the mornings), I do have flea bites as I live and work with pack of dogs, but last time I checked I was actually human and admit to being brought to my knees by the stress involved in being exposed to this. But having this space just to type out my diatribe has helped. Now don't anyone be telling me to chill now! (lol, laughing again already!)

loving you guys

Tell me to chill?! Get the heck out of our forum! Last I heard that this is a country where people are free to speak up and be heard. Even though that doesn't happen in most cases, that is why we have state and local representatives to hear us out... that is their job!

Plus this is a forum! A place where we can vent and get our anger out because our co-workers are tired of hearing our problems with immigration. Patience is a virtue... but we are human and we were made impatient. Yes, we have to try to work up to a state of patient... but there are just times where one is so stress from work and just can't handle the pressure... At the end of the day the last thing we want to hear is no Novemer applications have been processed, but 10 more December Apps (and now January?!) have been processed.

If you don't want to hear our complaints, actions, etc. Then why are you on this forum?

Nov 4, 2009: I-129F Received at VSC

November 5, 2009: I-129F Processing Payment Cashed

Nov 11, 2009: NOA1 Hard Copy Received

Waiting for NOA2

I'll leave this thread alone and let you guys drive each other more insane until your head explodes.

You all behave like you are the only ones going through this process. There's 2-3 new "November" threads every day on these boards.

I really hope you all get your NOA2's soon though.
