Well, it must be our lucky day!! :dance:

I haven't been on VJ to avoid thinking about the process, and then I thought about VJ today - until I got involved with school work.

Anyway, I checked my e-mail and found this:

Thanks everyone! I wasn't expecting VSC to be moving yet in February, so this is good news for all of the November filers (we were late Nov filers). :thumbs:

Bora Bora when you checked your status prior to your approval what was the date they mentioned , for example mine says "On 10th december , we received ..."

I guess the date of the NOA? November 30th.

There was a touch for a couple days after my husband's biometrics, and weirdly enough, his AOS and EAD were touched the end of January.

Yeah, it's nice to know, though I didn't stress over this like I did the K1 and AOS and my husband not at all. But it's nice to no longer have it pending.

To all who have sense of humour... getting arrested in what circumstances is the part of the thing. It all depends on how much you love each other... if the arrest was in serious case I would have been serving a sentence, but it was a womans panic mode... which now people would say i am being sexist....

So i would say..lets not hit the knuckles on the fingers...and share experiences of life which can help each other....thats what visa journey is here for

Feb 4,2007 - I-130 accepted > Get USCIS case Number NOA1.

May 8 ,2007- GET NVC Case Number > NOA2.

June 16 ,2007- Get Order from NVC to pay 70$.

July 2 ,2007- Get DS-3032 in India.

July 7,2007 - DS-3032 choice of address agent entered in NVC.

July 14 ,2007- Get I-864.

July 18 ,2007- I-864 Enters NVC.

July 29 ,2007- Get Order to Pay 380$ fee.

Aug 3 ,2007- 380$ Fee Reached St Louis.

Aug 25,2007 - NVC & St Louis People receive photocopy of my payment with USPS receipt.

After WAITING for 37 days.

Sept 10,2007 - 380$ fee encashed.

Sept 24,2007 - Receive DS-230 in Mail.

Sept 25,2007 - DS-230 despatched.

Sept 26,2007- DS-230 Delivered.

Oct 1,2007 - NVC has DS-230.

Jan 16 - I am in USA

April 15 2008 - Get my Drivers License.

I-751 Lifting Conditions at California Service Center

November 12, 2009 - I-751 Sent via USPS Express Mail

November 13, 2009 - Receipt of I-1751 Fee

November 20, 2009 - Arrested on Domestic Battery(Had argument with wife)

December 18, 2009 - Biometrics Completed at 9 am.

January 13, 2010 - Receive I-797E Notice for more evidence

February 16, 2010 - Mail reaches Californa Service Center( Next day of Preseidents Day)

February 19, 2010 - Card Production Ordered. Status now IR1

I didn't get any touch on my EAD or AOS... V333K did you get a touch on those?

I didn't get any touch on my EAD or AOS... V333K did you get a touch on those?

I didn't sign up online for AOS updates, so I can't help there... :(

LOL I just called the missinfo line hehehe what a joke ,

I was curiouse if they see something I cant see online ,

so I asked for a status update ,

he gave me the same as I see online dec 1rst blah blah blah ,

so i said but shouldnt it update once the biometrics are done ?

he said no they dont update after biometric i told him,

I know from a reliable website ,i found out that there are quite a fee aplicants that had online updates after bio was done also applicant that aplied after me who already had theyr approvals , lol

he said he never heard of such thing ( was close to tell him he can join VJ to learn a thing or 2 )

he said the average time is 6 month ,

I said ty and while i got a live person on the phone i also like to confirm that you guys corrected my first name since

when I got the biometric letter my first name miss spelled i corrected it at the biometric apt but like to confirm it is correct in your file ,

he said sorry he cant confirm that he doesnt have my file there , i just said ok well i guess I keep reading online to get more info , thank you for your help , lmao I shoulda knowen better then to call them lol
