You might have a marketing problem with that - as people would be eating the product of your own waste and your house would be infamous for its godawful stench.

My sh!t is immaculate.

Yeah... right. I think I'd procure enough land to channel my house waste through to the fermenting 'pools.' No swimming allowed. The pool itself would be a couple of hundred yards away from the livable portions of the property and surrounded by wind-blocking trees that would themselves be incredibly assisted by the small amounts of fertilizer reaching the pool on a daily/bi-daily basis.
