Then, I was K1 petition my fiance from China, but denied for the reason of our relationship too short.

Now, a year later, I married her and try to submit K3 petition that she can come here live with me in US.

Can someone please help how to fill out form I-130 item D. Other information, Q2. Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?

I am confused. Should I check yes or no? This going to be my first time to file K3 petition, and I never petition beside my fiance now my wife.

a petition... it does not say just an I-130 petition.... yes, you have filed a petition before... it happened to be an I-129F petition for a fiance(e)

a petition... it does not say just an I-130 petition.... yes, you have filed a petition before... it happened to be an I-129F petition for a fiance(e)

I would advise you to SLOWLY read the question. "For THIS (important word here, meaning the CURRENT beneficary) OR any other alien". The answer is YES.
