you should probably ask someone from the macedonian members on VJ. every country sets up the medical different and it takes different time in every clinic. what would take for me, might not take the same time for you, different people, different needs...

the actual medical itself is fairly quick - less than 30 mins

then i had to walk to the radiology clinic for the x-ray

and the lab to have my blood drawn

total time taken was about 3 hours

The question was, How long since the time you do medical is it valid for the embassy to accept it.....for example: My wife did the medical 20 days before the interview being scheduled....is that means her medical will be accepted when she goes to the interview?

It depends on the constitute. I suggest going to your constitute US embassy website and getting the information from there.

OP, you even didn't bother to read all the answers when you're posting a thread, so according to your answer I assume you didn't bother this time as well to follow the link and read my post about validity of medical in Macedonia. And I actually took the time to check online that info for you, but I don't think it was worth it as you don't even thank people for their answers. Why don't you start calling embassy, NVC, etc. and get that info on your own than bothering just starting threads which answers you do not read later anyway? Thank you!
