Hi there,

this is my first post so I apologize if anything's wrong with it

My fiance and I are in the process of applying for the K1, now I have encountered several problems with filling out my G325 A form:

1) Where it asks for my past employment, the address and name of my last employer doesn't fit. Should I attach a note, or break the line and fill it in the next one?

2) I was a full time student in 2006 and 2007, not employed, should I put full time student or not employed?

3) where it says "This form is submitted in connection with an application for" I-129F petition doesn't fit.. :(

Nothing seems to fit in there.

Oh, yes, and another question:

On the I-129F form it says to choose an embassy. I could go to the one in London, where I live, or to one in Germany, where I was born. Does anybody know if either one is better?

All the forms are really intimidating and a pain in the butt. It seems like the questions never end.

Anyway, thank you all for answering, it is very much appreciated.

Sorry I can't quite formulate my questions, it's really late and I'm so tired and stressed. :bonk:

Thank you all so much in advance! :)

I hand wrote anything that would not fit (abbreviations and small letters), and used just one line.

And for my fiancee we put in "unemployed" for the time period she was a student.

1. I would leave it blank, print it and fill it in by hand. As long as it is legible, any or all of the form can be filled by hand.

2. Unemployed, the form does not ask about education

If you are a legal permanent resident of the UK (or citizen) your approved petition will be sent to London unless you say otherwise.

This is what I did on my forms:

1) Where it asks for my past employment, the address and name of my last employer doesn't fit. Should I attach a note, or break the line and fill it in the next one? (in that field type: Please see attachment, and attach a typed letter, heading to read "Suppliment Attachement for Question no. 'whatever' ... then below type the full address.) Then make sure you type your name and sign above it, and date also.)

2) I was a full time student in 2006 and 2007, not employed, should I put full time student or not employed? (You can type "umemployed/student" and put the time frame for that as you would do with employement.)

3) where it says "This form is submitted in connection with an application for" I-129F petition doesn't fit.. :( (Where is that at?? Dont see it)

Also never leave any field blank. If its not applicable, then put N/A. If is he has not middle name put (none). If there is not enough space to put information, attach additional correspondence and write or type "see attached". If you leave something blank, they can just asume your unwillingness to asnwer a question and will result in a rfe.

“You cannot enter heaven until you believe, and you will not truly believe until you (truly) love one another.” [Muslim, Al-Iman (Faith); 93]
