:D Rito!! John has been dragging his feet as well regarding his vaccination record and police certificate. I (hopefully) lit a fire under him last night. We don't have the NVC case number yet, but that packet 3 information is looming ahead of us, and very quickly. I want him here sooner rather than later, and I reminded him last night that if he wanted to drag it out a bit, that was his choice ;)

Sometimes they just need a gentle nudge, eh? :) I like to think this whole process is good preparation for marriage.

Indeed. You really see what they're made out of when it comes to doing what needs to be done to be together.

Brazil doesn't have a p3, so at least we're spared that delay.

Can we just fast forward to July already?

RFE received! They have already notified me that the processing continues, so I'm hoping that maybe a Friday approval might be a plausibility after all!

YAY!

GO GO GO CSC!!!

As for me, i don't understand, i checked the uscis website yesterday for case status update. looks like it got touched (1/26). however, i still haven't received any email from them... so i have no idea what's going on...

Seems like i'm now in the same boat with lostinlove03 and kalay... seeing touches but no updates...

I wouldn't worry about it, from the history of other users, it looks like the approval happens about a week after receiving the evidence, so I'm sure you'll be all set by early next week at the latest! You're still well within acceptable margins!

I got another touch, too! They received it yesterday, so this could mean good things. I sent them pretty darn good evidence, so it might be that I can expect a quick approval! I really do hope it happens this week, cuz the consulate in Taiwan is gonna be closed over Chinese New Year. I don't know how long it'll take to get there, but I believe there's a chance it'll get there before Chinese New Year if they send it off to the NVC this week. I hope, I hope, I hope!
