Will vary from country to country.

For example, London was very Lax on Paper evidence and focused alot more on vocal evidence threw questions, times, date etc; (never even looked at my evidence)

I wouldn't print out entire emails, I just took a screenshot of the inbox page that listed dates and my SO's email address and printed one or two that weren't to personal. You have plenty proof.

Goodluck!

To Jim and OP. What you take for evidence to Kiev is entirely different than what you take to Casa Blanca. There is an excellent chance that in Kiev they will not even look at it and approve the visa without a question asked. It happens to many couples in Kiev. I am not suggesting you do not present evidence to Kiev, I took a ton of it with me...they never looked at it. The guy taking the documents said "What's all THAT?" Evidence of relationship. "Have you got some photos? Give me four photos." That was it.

I can virtually guarantee the same will not happen in Casa Blance, one of the more difficult countries in the world (compared to Kiev, one of the easiest)

For those going through Casa Blanca, I would make a point of being sure your communications generate some sort of record. I have read here that Skype can be used to generate some sort of record but I have never used it so I do not know. While this sort of thing may be cheaper than phone calls, if it generates no record of relationship for a difficult consulate it could ultimately burn you.

If you're only using mic and cam I would take screen shots with the date and time being listed on the conversation. Send a few messages back and forth so the time can be there.

Try to start doing this as early as possible. As it's stated in the previous post, Casa is a difficult embassy. It's best to be over prepared.

What I did to show our Skype records was to make actual print screens of the whole call history. I actually made a Word document and pasted each screenshot while I adjusted the history log to show the whole list. I actually made over 60 pages of our Skype records.
