ok we got our checks cashed today....still waiting for NOA's though :whistle:

hello everyone im just so happy to share my good news to all ... i send my aos package last october 7 and the they got it last october 9, 2009 and when i check to my bank account they already cash out yesterday october 19, 2009... but i dont have my noa1 yet... still waiting i hope i will have it tomorrow so axious to have it my mail box... have a good day to everyone... good luck to everyone!!!

hello everyone im just so happy to share my good news to all ... i send my aos package last october 7 and the they got it last october 9, 2009 and when i check to my bank account they already cash out yesterday october 19, 2009... but i dont have my noa1 yet... still waiting i hope i will have it tomorrow so axious to have it my mail box... have a good day to everyone... good luck to everyone!!!

Is it normal that my favorite part of the day is becoming getting home from work and running to the mailbox?

I think if I ever find anything in there from USCIS I will fall down.

10/12/09: I-130, I-485 and I-765 sent to Chicago Lockbox

10/14/09: AOS Package received in Chicago

10/21/09: Checks for I-130 and I-485 cashed

10/23/09: Received rejection notice for I-765 (Used outdated version of form, duh)

10/24/09: Received NOAs for I-130 and I-485

10/26/09: Resent updated I-765

10/28/09: RFE for I-485

11/02/09: Received RFE letter for I-864

11/05/09: Sent RFE back and received Biometrics appointment for 11/19 (I-485)

11/09/09: Received NOA for I-765 (finally!)

11/11/09: RFE received, case resumed

11/19/09: Biometrics done for I-485 (and I-765 without appointment letter!) - both touched PM

12/03/09: EAD card production ordered

12/07/09: EAD received

12/10/09: Received an e-mail saying I-765 was approved.... a little late!

12/11/09: Received interview appointment letter: January 11th, 8:40am

01/11/10: APPROVED at interview!

01/19/10: Green card received (It's not green.)

Haha, I think I am worse since it's only been 4 days for us (2 of those were the weekend :lol: ) and I asked my husband today "Did we get our NOAs in the mail yet?" :whistle:

07/17/09 - Biometrics Completed [ Completed in 17 Days ]

08/12/09 - EAD APPROVED! Card Ordered! [Approved in 47 Days]

08/20/09 - Interview notice arrived dated 08/18/09 - Sept 24th/09

08/21/09 - Got EAD Card in the mail!! :D

09/24/09 - Interview Date: 9:00am - APPROVED

10/03/09 -Received GC!!!!!

Total Days from NOA1 to Approval : 86 Days

ROC:

04/01/11 - Preparing for ROC currently

06/27/11 - ROC Mailed!

07/02/11 - NOA1 Arrived [dated 06/30/11]

07/13/11 - Biometrics letter arrived [08/01/11]

10/31/11 - Final Approval!

11/04/11 - Received new card today.

Total Days from NOA1 to Approval: 125 Days

Next Step will be citizenship in June 2012!

2009.10.09 - I-130 and I-485 sent to Chicago, IL (Day 1)

2009.10.10 - Documents delivered (Day 2)

2009.10.20 - Both checks are cashed! yeah! (Day 12)

2009.10.24 - Got 4 letters: NOA for I-130, dated October 19th, NOA for I-485, dated October 19th, NOA for I-765, dated October 19th and Invitation for biometrics, dated October 21st, for Noverber 5th, 1:00 PM! yay!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Day 16)

2009.10.27 - RFE sent by USCIS (Day 19)

2009.10.31 - RFE letter (form I-864) received in the mail (Day 23)

2009.11.05 - Biometrics done in Alexandria, VA (Day 28)

2009.11.14 - RFE sent back to Lee's Summit, MO (Day 37)

2009.11.16 - RFE delivered (Day 39)

I got my RFE today- they want copies of the W2's, even though we sent them official IRS transcripts and the instructions said not to send W2's.

Oh well, at least it's something that's easy to remedy- I'll just send them today.
