question about I1864

My husband is currently un employed and i am typing the I864 for him how should i answer section 6, #23 . should i put his current annual income as 0 or do i put the gross income of 2008

based on 2008 annual income. that's what i did, and thank god , USCIS approvd my petition and now, i'm waiting for my permanent resident card within 2 to 3 weeks..good luck. and god bless

"Current" does not mean annual income from last year.

Malrothien is correct, his income is currently zero.

but guys, that's what i did with my petition, i put my husband's last annual 2008 income and uscis didnt question me about it, and now i passed. well, all up to you sunshine, i'm just sharing what i did. and USCIS didnt say that i wrote it wrong or informed them wrongly.plus i just had my interview last week, i was given a 10 year visa.

So what you guys are saying is that for the "Current" question I should put what I have made so far this year as of the time I complete the form?
