i just have question if some one can helpe me her

im eligible for 245i and payed the 1000$ fine bc/z i enter WTI 245i. however i never uesd the 245! .so i aske my attorney if we could get 1000$ back since i never

uesd and its alrady payed . he says the we cant get it

its any way i could find out the my attorney even pay it or if he cane i get the mony back bc/z i never got any recipt for the money and im dont trest that attourney any more

everything that happening at this moment is a RESULT of the CHOICE you ve made in the past...

Had you already filed an I-485 prior to giving the lawyer the $1000? Did he ever file the I-485A? If so, then USCIS has your money - the fine has to be submitted with the I-485A. USCIS does not give refunds. If not, then your lawyer has your money - good luck getting money back from a lawyer!

Either way, I don't think you're going to see your money again.
