I get e-mail from NVC ( your inquiry have been received at the National visa center (NVC) infortunately your failed to include your case number. please resumbit your inquiry with the case number in the subject line )

what should I do ???? please advice me :crying:

What was your inquiry?

Whatever it was, the instructions are pretty clear. "Resubmit your inquiry with case number in the subject line". Good luck.

Wait, no panick. Was this e-mail a reply to an inquiry you made? What happened one step before getting it?

:crying: my boy friend sent e-mail to asked them . sent back form REE more 2 weeks .why hadn't heard from USICS.Vermont .. and NVC answer that e-mail . please advice me :(

If you made an email inquiry about your case, they are saying that you didn't give them your case number so that they could check on it.

Send them an email back with your case number in the "subject line" of the email, and ask your question again.

NVC = National Visa Center = the place your petition is sent after it is approved and before it is sent to the consulate.
