just in case you all needed a laugh... yesterday I called the USCIS and put in a service request...

today I received an email saying my expedite was denied....

These people are just morons!!

So I am gonna call again! :)

Richard-Remember I got some strange emails and letters from USCIS too. It is so screwed up over there. I got an expedite denial too and I never asked for an expedite. I also got the " I-130 is still pending" with the I-129f correctly identified as petition type on the same sheet!

These people are inept and dense! I find it amusing now don't worry and keep calling!

I too like being touched....

it is very rare that the USCIS denies an applicant... and RFE maybe... but a denial... not so much.
