If We Have a Revolution, Are You Prepared?

I'm ready. I'll be watching as the army takes out all the dicks that think somehow they have validation for revolution. The president won a fair election and is not doing anything outlandish (unconstitutional) that warrants such a move. Now, if Obama starts changing the rules for the next set of elections or decides not to have any more elections they can have at it and I would join in, in a non violent capacity of course

What about all the Rambos that are in the Army? Especially, all those weekend warriors that will be the first to be called to action? You might be surprised how many NG and AR are also militia members.

I don't think anyone would be that surprised and certainly not those who run the army. I am quite sure that there are contingency plans in place should there be insurrection by such members.

Not so much them being part of an insurrection, rather a reluctantcy for a citizen to engage other citizens whose cause he may have sympathy for, especially when they are also his friends and neighbors.

Which happened with McVeigh and all the other nutters who have carried out these one man band crazy acts? The army have ways of dealing with nutters in their midst - it's not a new phenomena. The nutters will not win over the army nor will they make even the vaguest impression on the political system unless and until there is actually some real breach of the constitution. There will be a certain amount of posturing by those who mistakenly believe that the act of gun ownership has any relevance on whether the USA remains a free country but they will not collectively start firing at anyone.
