Morning MENA!

Im still sick, Zaid is sick, Sofyan is sick. Its pretty awful :( Im gonna go into work late today but I have to be there until 8pm anyways so my friday blows. Sofyans birthday is Monday and I have no idea what to get him. I wanted something "daddy" related but stuff is hard to find for him. Clothes are out bc all he wears is black tshirts and jeans, literally, and I refuse to buy him more. I thought about jewelry but Im not sure what. Any Ideas?

How about a nice watch? I love the ones with the open face so you can see the insides working.

Sorry to hear you are all sick and hope the house gets back to normal quickly. :)

Happy Friday!!!

Bridget - sorry its crazy for you today, even from home. We were thinking about getting a computer and internet connection for my almost 85 year old grandma. But we decided the learning curve would be too high. Shiit - it was high for me this week when I go my first iPod.

Bridget, I agree about the older ppl/computer issue. My mother is 62 and should not be allowed near one. She has no clue what she's doing and gets real impatient when someone isn't at her beck and call to help. She also owns a "digitizer" which is a computerized embroidery machine. No clue with that either. Whomever intro'ed her to that needs to be shot.

has it seriously been 8 years since 9/11? It feels like it was seriously a couple years ago :o (How time flies!!!) Here's a prayer for all those who have unjustly passed as a result of 9/11. :(

It's sunny here today, but I'm stuck at home, cleaning, packing, and studying. NOT thrilled. I am happy about moving to the new house though (even if it is my parents and not mine, lol). I love the smell of wood and paint that new houses have!!!

Here's to a BEAUTIFUL day for everyone, and get well soons' for all those who are sick.

~M

Happy Friday!

I am glad to see that others are remembering 9/11. I have said many prayers this morning for the families of those that lost family, friends and loved ones.

My dr appointment yesterday was wondeful and was given a perfect bill of health and my weight loss is right on track I have lost 40 lbs to date 3 months out of surgury and if i lose another 40 I will be 126. My husband is worrying that i will get too thin but i am praying that i will only lose what looks and feels great. I am so happy to be health and not have to take any medications only vitamins. I work out 5 days a week for an hour at the gym and it feels awesome. I went from a size 18/20 to a size 12. Yeah!
