G325A

Hi!

We are getting our application ready, and I just want to double check that form G325A is the same page repeated 4 times, right?

I filled it up once, printed it 4 times and signed the 4 sheets and that's all they need, correct?

I downloaded it from uscis website and they dont even mention the need 4 copies..........

I did send 4 copies. I hope the thing about printing 4 different footers is bogus because mine were 4 identical copies!

The current version of the G-325A available for download on the USCIS site only has one page. The four identical pages with different footers are a thing of the past. You're not going to get the different footers anymore unless you find and use an older version of the form. To be safe, VJ recommends that everyone print, sign, and send four identical copies of the new single-page form.

Yeah, I'm going to send four, just to be safe. It just seems silly that this confusion isn't accounted for in the form instructions.

On a related note, do you have to send in just one (per person) passport photo, or do you need a photo to accompany each of the form copies (for a total of 4 per person)?

One photo per person is enough

Up until August or so all former G325As were 4 sheets. They changed the Download PDF and instructions, but apparently forgot to pass along the memo to their employees. So, in order to prevent RFEs based on an adjudicator's individual subjectivity if they personally want to see 1 or 4 copies, we highly advise to send in 4.

ok thank you for your reply. I was not aware of the previous version of the G325A form. right now the USCIS website does not mention that 4 copies are required.

at this point there's nothing we can really do, but wait and see if we get an RFE. hopefully everything goes well.

I think that it probably should be okay. Even with the USCIS's new revamped website it says to send in 2--one for the petitioner and one for the beneficiary. I sent in 4 for each, but hopefully they just throw 3 of them away. I would think that when they re-do their entire website that they would correct any mistakes and add new information. If it's not corrected I'm only left to assume it wasn't a mistake for them to say to send 2.

Good luck, I'm praying for no RFE for you or anything else who didn't send in 4 per person! Seems kind of silly if they would since their own website says different!

we're new here and I hope I'm on topic with this one: my fiance is american, but he's been living in Romania for 5 years. he's to leave soon (next week) back to the US. now, when filling G-325A (I got it: send 4 copies and agree with ZorValachan and D&R!), we both used attachments for emplyment in the last 5 years (send 4 copies as well, signed in original). so questions: is it ok if the additional sheet contains <name of employer> <full address> <occupation> <from...to> with no special tables, just one after another? and I'm a freelancer, I work in media so I only have collaborations, I'm not an emploee, never been. so it should be fine if I file that in G-325 and attach a list of companies I collaborated with, right? and the last one concerning the address: my fiance's last address abroad more than an year was here, in Bucharest. so does he need additional evidence to proof that or would his visas on his passport copies added with the I-129F be sufficient?
