Thank you for listening.

My finance came here in March on a K-1, we were married a few days later and she was so happy, she loved everything about USA and me and my family.

In may she had to go back to Russia to take care of some family problems. We got a advance Parole, so can come back at anytme. She has had to sell her family business there and try to find a home for her grown son and his family

My question is, the last date for her biometrics is in two weeks, and her green card interview is in August.

She is trying to get back as soon as possible. The sheet says that if she does not make her biometric appointment our application will be considered abandoned.

I am getting nervous...............I don't wat to go through the green card process again.

Is there anyone I can call to get an extension on the Biometrics.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know this might be a stupid question..

but can she come back have her biometrics and interview and then go back home and keep on taking care of business?

Right now, the situation might jeopardize the whole process...

Yes she could but that would cost me about $ 3,000.

There has to be a better way. Thanks

Unfortunately, repete, there may not be a better way. They dont care if it will put you $3000 in the hole. You can try calling somewhere (dont know where, maybe someone can help you further with that), but truthfully, you both knew she would need biometrics done and would have obligations in the US during her immigration process, she may just have to bring come back. Hope you get it figured out.

I could not attend my biometrics as I was on vacation. Within the Biometrics appointment letter it should say about rescheduling. Tick these boxes and resubmit. Remember to take a copy and forward recorded delivery. My new appointment was about 4 weeks later than original. Hope this helps.

I would tell her to come back ASAP!!!! It is possible to reschedule biometrics but as someone else said it takes 4 weeks to do that and your interview is in August. You are really putting your case at risk if she doesn't make that appointment however, if whatever is happening in her home country is more important then I see the dilema. If it were me I would fly back asap then go back to my home country with the green card stamp in my passport.

Good luck
