Recieved 2nd NOA1 for K3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know if I should be happy or be worried!!!!!!!!!!!

I have recieved a 2nd Reciept Notice (NOA1) today for K3. It has a different reciept number than the one I recieved Saturday and it indicates recieve date as July 05 2006 and Notice date as July 07, 2006, which are different dates from the dates on First NOA1. Meanwhile, I am still unable to find the status of any of the reciept numbers online. What to make of it? What should be done??????????????

Please Note: I have three reciept numbers now for K3.....

1) The reciept number they had on Rejection letter when they rejected the application and sent it to me for correction.

2) The reciept number on first NOA1.

3) The reciept number on 2nd NOA1.

Can anyone help or have similar experience????????????????????

08/29/06 - Approved by email - 91 DAYS!!!

09/05/06 - NOA2 received by mail

09/20/06 - NVC assigned Case #

10/02/06 - DS3032 & AOS Fee Bill Generated

10/04/06 - DS3032 Shortcut Emailed & AOS Fee Bill Shortcut Sent

10/06/06 - Received email acceptance of DS3032

10/18/06 - Received & Returned IV Fee Bill

10/20/06 - I-864 Package Generated, Shorcut Sent

11/01/06 - DS-230 Package Generated, Shortcut Sent

12/01/06 - Case Complete!!!

12/07/06 - Case sent to US Embassy, Bogota

01/15/07 - Received packet from Bogota!

01/30/07 - Bogota Interview - Approved! (visa received same day)

02/08/07 - Welcome to the E.U. mi Amor!

2006-02-27: I-129 Sent

2006-03-02: NOA1

2006-07-24: NOA2

2006-07-31: Case received by NVC

2006-08-01: Case leaves NVC to New Delhi Consulate via DHL

2006-08-04: Case received by New Delhi Consulate

2006-08-08: Packet 3 mailed out by consulate

2006-08-17: DS-230 Part I couriered to consulate

2006-08-23: Got interview date (email and telephone confirmation)

2006-08-28: Picked-up packet 4 from the consulate, counter 16 (between 2 PM and 3 PM)

2006-09-20: Interview Date (VISA Approved!!!)

2006-09-23: Picked up Passport with VISA from Blue Dot courier office (VFS did not hold it)

2006-09-27: Reached Home!!! (POE Chicago)

2006-02-08: I-130 Sent

2006-02-27: NOA1

2006-05-03: NOA2 (Approved)

2006-06-12: Received and entered into NVC system

2006-07-08: Self Generated DS-3032 and sent to NVC

2006-07-19: Pay IV bill (was out on vacation)

2006-09-12: Case sent to New Delhi Consulate

2006-10-04: Emailed Consulate and got Original Interview Date (10/20/06) posponed to April 2007

My question is does this mean now that you are placed at the end of the line again? Does this mean that when they hit the processing date of May 24th, in your case, that yours won't get processed until they hit July 7th processing date? This seems completely unfair to me, because the RFE that they're requesting is not because we forgot to send in a form, but because the USCIS didn't have a form ready when that new ILMA law was passed on March 1st, so we were the unlucky applicants who fell into a black hole. What happens to those applicants who applied back on March 10th for example, but don't get their RFE's back to the USCIS before those who applied in May?

Separated_lovers, I would call NVC or the USCIS to clarify the situation.

jtobster: Yes, your NOA1 date is the date to look for when looking at processing times.
