old case status reappearing?

we are a bit confused/worried about our case status. For many months, our case status says on June 4, they have received our RFE materials and would make a decision within 60 days. Then on August 17, our case status got updated, saying "welcome the new immigrant and a notice has been sent... a green card will be sent within the 60 days"... then 2 days later, on Aug 19, another new case status appeared, saying our I-485 was approved and a notice was being sent out.

But today, when we checked out case status, it reverted back to March 11, saying our case was transferred to CA service center and is waiting for a decision blah blah".

Since we have not received the actual "notice letters" mentioned in the aug 17 and aug 19 status updates yet, we are just a little confused and worried, even though deep down we sense this is probably a glitch of their online status system. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks.

I would think it`s nothing. Happens with the system. Just wait for the approval notices to arrive in the mail soon, and if you don`t get anything within two weeks, I`d recommend contacting USCIS to find out what`s going on.

07-14-09 - Case shows online change, but does not state what.

09-09-09 - NOA2 email.

09-09-14 - NOA2 Hard Copy

2009-11-04 : NVC Login Fail

2009-11-06 : Case complete at NVC

Interview Date : Dec 02, 2009 @ 7 am.
