I need some help with some concerns. Everyone so far has been absolutely amazing! Its cool to have this community!!!

So okay,

I didn't make squat last year...and my IRS income tax return shows that. This year things have turned around, I've gone into "getting married mode" and have made about $30,000 in the past 8 months. I have two jobs. One as a waiter on the weekends at my families restaurant and I also am a fulltime freelance web and graphic designer (which is my bread winner.) I am in the process of getting a EIN and registering my business with the state but that doesn't help me out now because I can't prove I'm in business for myself I suppose.

I need to know what i should state as my annual income on my I-134. Last year I was in a bad business partnership and spent more money than I made. I'm just worried that they'll look at what i made last year and laugh.

I have my statement from the banks saying i've deposited over $35,000 in the past year, and will also get a letter from my waitering job.

I'm not sure if I should just put down last years Income tax return number.

I am also getting my mom to fill out a I-134 but don't want to have to use her as a co-sponsor unless its absolutely necessary, and my fiancee has approx. 27,000 euros in her bank account right now but i'm not sure what she made for the year...if that even matters.

Any help would be totally awesome. I need to get this all done by SAT. night at the latest

Income is what is/what will be listed on line 22 of your form 1040 tax return. You will have to complete an I-134 regardless of whether you use a cosponsor or not.

Seems like you will need a cosponsor for at least the K1 visa portion. You may be able to qualify as the sole sponsor for the I-864 when she adjusts status next year.
