No, please don't worry yet. It should be coming at any time, you are not the only one on the August list still waiting. All months seem to appear on Igor's, so please don't worry any extra, because we all know how much energy is already beign spent! Keep your e-mail inbox always checked, other extra poking is not necessary.

Guess what?! We got APPROVED!!! My fiance just received the notice that we got APPROVED.

At last, we got it! Praise be to God. We asked that He will give us the NOA2 today and we got the answered prayer.

I am extremely happy. Thank u for all the encouraging words.

VSC is still kickin' it since my NOA2 (Oct. 14).

Of the last SEVEN I-129F approvals since then, 6 were from VSC and only 1 from CSC.

Condolences to our friends at CSC, even though we are pleased with this trend.

If Alla is putting anything special in the director's dinner, let's have more of that!

Here's something for August 09 K-1 filers in the VSC (as of Oct. 17, 2009):

On Igor's list, the percentage of NOA2's approved for August 09 filers

is now higher than the percentage of July 09 filers (for VSC only).

August 09 is close to the June 09 filers' percentage.

September 09 filers are showing a good percentage for this point in time as well.

Sep 09's approved are currently 11/61 = 18%

August 09's approved are currently 59/78 = 76%

July O9's approved are currently 69/100 = 69%

June O9's approved are currently 76/97 = 78%

I'm really happy they speeding up to everyone... just imagine, we all should be getting RFEs and NOA2s in December, but it's been in October! We'll probably all be spending Christmass with our fiances now =)

Seriously starting to get kinda depressed looking at all the people who applied after us and got approved quickly.. but maybe it's just because I had to work today when it was supposed to be my day off.

Was in and out of NVC in a day...dhl says it delivered our mail on october 12, but started calling DOS yesterday, and no action from the consulate yet....We are expecting and interview date this week...if not, I will email the consulate next week...CONGRATS to all you got approved, and HANG IN THERE for those of you who are still waiting....
