One lawyer in Utah has been charged with arranging thousands of visas illegally, and scammig others who are undocumented but living here. The growing number of shysters is beginning to worry USCIS.

It's 99% of the lawyers that <give> the other 1% a bad reputation.

Thanks for adding give. I need to proof read before I post.

It's the concept of the legal system that concerns me, in attempting to defend a client, attorneys are very effectively taught to lie to defend their clients. The best most effective attorneys are the best liars, very good at twisting the truth. It's a game, coached for hours on how not to volunteer any information and how to answer questions in the most nebulous way. But that is our system, the really best liars, er attorneys, run for congress and even for president.

To be a good liar, you require a very good memory so as not to contradict yourself, you use other means to distract your cause. Like not admitting you made a sever error by starting a war in Iraq, you base your premise that the American people only have a memory retention of about five minutes, so you distract them with gay marriages and SS reform. Also, you can break 694 constitutional laws, and get away with it, a kid swiping a candy bar from a grocery store, receives a far greater penalty.

With many attorneys that are very good at screwing other people, you have to be very sharp that they are not screwing you as well. Guess what a judge is? Typically an attorney that didn't fare out so well. So either you are forced to deal with a very clever liar, or an idiot.
