I-551 Is not a form - it s either the PR/Green Card or a stamp in a person's passport.

I-327 Is a re-entry permit (also, not a form).

Thank you,but who can get this tipe of PR and re-entry permit?

Are you apply for a spouse? A child? A Parent? What type of process are you looking to do? Then we can help you out. Just a little more informaiton is needed.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

I-751 mailed 6/30/09 aapproved 11/7/09 The BOYS I-751 Mailed 12/29/09 3/23/10 Email approval for 17 CR 3/27/10
4/14/10 Email approval for 13 yr Old CR 4/23/10

Oldest son now 21 I-130 filed by LPR dad ( as per NVC CSPA is applying here )
I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png

No,I get aproved the AOS and permanent resident card,but in my state for to get CDL,I need to be lawful permanent resident.And I looked who are eligible like lawful permanent resident,and I geted this 2 type of resident who are eligible,but don't get nowere exact who can get it.For it I asked about details.Thank you anyway!

Do you have you Green card? If so you are a lawful permanet resident. Even if the card has an expiration date in 2 years. You shoul dbe able to get your CDL. My husbad has his. We are in New jersey.

Thank you.I don't looked all details from my green card.Right now I go to Driver Services Center to ask again,because I was with my I-797 notice,for to ask that I can change my temporary regular driver licence and if I can get the CDL,and they read my notice and told me that canot change my temorary driver licence and also canot get the CDL then I not get unconditional permanent resident card for 10 years.

You should be able to get the CDL with the conditional card as it is part of the requiremnts to show your status. GO back with the GC and try again. Like I stated though since it is a conditional card they MAY give you the CDL for the time the GC has on it. My husbands expires 90 days after his GC her in New jersey. WE haope to have the 10 year card by then :)
