John,

What does the new blue slip say?

I think you need to prepare those who you include in your timeline about how to answer if they ever call them. Some of the agent call the family members and ask about you guys too. Be ready and prepare is the best. Good luck John!

Did the new blus slip just say there is additional processing, or did it say anything else? I hope that it is just reviewing and evaluating the information that she presented.

Good luck brother John.

Good luck brother John.

I just talked to him OTP, It didnt say anything else was needed.. they kept his pictures 100's of them and will likely call him looking for a reason as they have not found one from his fiance' at this point... IMO he's not far away from a pink... I read somewhere of another person going through the same thing he is going through and they called him to ask questions about her family and the documentation to try to catch a flaw... John has actully jumped through some high hoops so far without issue... this may be the last hurdle to get the visa...

Since the blue did not cite a reason he contacted the congressman and they said they will have a response for him within 2 weeks as to the issue..

Good luck brother John.

Roger the more I think about the blue slip the more it sounds odd.. he said it only mentioned 212 but no reason or anything.. just that they would call with the results... must not be anything at this point other than wanting time to go over the material from this interview... pics timeline etc.

The 221(g) citation they usually use on the blue slip is a canned statement about not being able to issue a visa if the required documentation or sufficient evidence of a relationship has not been submitted. They usually follow this with specific comments about your case, and then a request for additional information based on those comments. If they aren't asking for anything else, then the canned statement isn't going to give much of a hint about what's coming next. Since they kept the pictures I'm guessing they think they are going to discover something there. The type of questions they asked might be a clue as to what they're looking for, and would give some indication what to expect next.

Anh John,

You contacted the congressman and I think that is about all you can do at this point other than emailing or calling HCMC to check status...
