Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Congrats to you Kevin and Michelle !! Grats bro ... looks like Michelle will probably be with you sooner than Jenelyn will be with me ..

Those two still keep in contact after meeting at that hell hole known as the CFO hehe The second trip back to the CFO though was a success, they finally gave her the CFO ... such a frustrating ordeal though ...

Thanks man appreciate it. My hope is that she will have her visa when I get back from deployment which is just a few months away. I think shes gonna wait until she has her visa in hand to go back to the CFO. My guess is they will interogate her alot less if she has the visa. But thats great Jenelyn was already able to get hers. Its too bad that they make it so difficult.
