or should be call NVC?

Call NVC - once they have your approved petition, they can tell you what your NVC case number is. (That is what most folks do - can take a couple of weeks for your file to show up at NVC so if they don't have it, call back in a few days.)

Hi

I already got noa2 since 16 July,09 and i'm waiting for case no.

anybody know how long we need wait

or should be call NVC?

thanks for your advice

Normally, you should have a case number now. Call them and talk to a live person. They don't have K-1 info in the automatic system.

Keep calling once a week, it can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks (as per what I've seen here on VJ) for the NVC to receive an approved petition and assign a case number.

We also have the same problem - our case was approved on 16th at CSC and NVC hasn't received it. I think that most of people got their cases transferred to NVC in a very short time, so it's making me a little nervous.

firdaus, when your case was pulled for AP, although they didn't tell you it was under AP, they did tell you they got the case, right?

My case jsut got to the NVC on the 30th. When I phoned on Friday I was told that I was in additional processing, I believe that all cases are considered in AP during their stay at the NVC. I'd call again on Monday.

Best of luck!
