Any help would be appreciated. I want to see if I have the information down correctly. I file the i-129f petition for fiance visa forms. In that I need to include a birth certificate(copy),proof of our relationship. Pics,e-mails,letters,phone record of her calling, credit card receipts over there are hopefully enough. Plus the 455.00 check. I think that is all I need for the i-129f.The i-134affidavit of support I need to fill out and send. Does the i-134/g325a forms get sent in with the i-129f forms together. And she needs to fill out the g-325a as well? Someone said I need 4 copies of that form.Again any help is appreciated.

You need to send in letters for intent of marrying each other signed and dated. Some send cover letters (we didn't send any, just our letters of intent describing how we met and a timeline of our relationship and the reason why we want to file for a K1 and our plans after we get approved)..

You send your fiance(e) I-134 after NOA2.

For starters, you don't need any of the above. You need to prove you met each other in the last 2 years, you don't need to prove you have a bonafide relationship at this stage.

K1: 01/15/2009 (mailed I-129F) - 06/23/2009 (visa received)

AOS: 08/08/2009 (mailed I-485, I-765, & I-131) - 10/29/2009 (received GC)

New G-325a only has 1 sheet, not 4. (so depending on one you use, is how many copies you send)

I am not clear on your "proof" you met in the last two years...

Copy of your passport showing stamps is a good start, ticket stubs/boarding pass, hotel reciepts... You did meet in the last 2 years - right?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Not sure what the letter of intent is? I write on a piece of stationary proclaiming we plan to get married when she comes over. Do I have her send something similar and send them both with the i-129f forms? And do I send i-129f,i-134,and g-325a all together?

Everything will become much clearer after you do that (answers to these questions and more!) There are example forms and letters of intent there too.

There is a lot you need you haven't listed and many things you listed you do not need.

You need fiancee letters of intent signed by both, G-325a forms signed by both, divorce certificates of both (if applicable) proof of meeting IN PERSON . The AG-325 is a four page form, you both need to fill out and sign all four pages. YOUR birth certificate copy (front and back even if the back is blank) or YOUR passport copied (all pages) to prove citizenship. Passport photos for both. READ THE GUIDES CAREFULLY

The I-134 is for the interview. Proof of relationship is for the interview
