HI i sent my AOS in n july 20th it was signed for on the 22nd july, how long until i get a NOA1 or is there a list somewhere i can check on it's progress???

Marriage : 2009-06-27

received NOA's : 2009-07-31

touched : 2009-07-30 for EAD, I-485 and AP

Bio Appointment : 2009-08-21

touched: AOS case moved to California 2009-09-09

EAD Card Ordered : 2009-09-17

AP Approved: 2009-09-17

AP Received: 2009-09-24

EAD Card Received: 2009-09-24

Case transfered again, back to the NBC we go 2009-10-13

Woohooo got my drivers license today 2009-10-13

2009-11-05 Went to change my SSN to my married name but was told it wasnt in the system yet i receive mail from USCIS in my married name

April 15th 2010, received email that my green card is on its way woohooo!!!

April 23rd 2010 received my greencard today

NOA 1's seem to be taking anywhere from a week to a month to get in your mailbox - doesn't mean they're not processing the case of course. If you paid by personal check you may be able to get your case/receipt number off the back of the canceled check. :thumbs:

thanks, we paid via money order with the post office as we dont have personal chegues, but i know thru the tracking it has been delivered, so i guess i just need to wait n see huh

My Noa1 even takes 12 days from mailing my package but i waited so long now with my bio notice and it takes 15 days already from my noa1...i am very impatient to wait because what ive read on the jully/09 fillers for AOS got there bio notice already...

K1 -visa:Timeline

6/26/08:resent the 1-129f package to VSC

8/21/08:received NOA1 in the mail,yeyeyeh i was relief after the long period of waiting

1/28/09:NOA2 received ...in 161 days from NOA1

2/10/09:received appointment letter from USEM

3/11 - 12 : MEDICAL -- passed

3/30/09: INTERVIEW -- APPROVED

4/02/09:VISA deliver at home at 2:45 pm

5/28/09:SSN arrived after less than 1 week from filling.

6/01/09:Wedding day.[/color]

07/08/09:sent the 1-485 forms for adjustment of status package to chicago (USPS)..Day 1

07/10/09:arrived USCIS,chicago...(when i checked the USPS post office)...Day 3

07/12/09:check cashed...Day 5

07/15/09:noa1 date for (AOS,AED,AP)i thanks god for everything...(date arrived,07/20/09)...Day 10

08/12/09:calling USCIS to check the bio apt...Day 35

08/25/09:bio notice date issued...Day 48

08/29/09:bio notice received.(thank u so much mama mary...)...Day 52

09/04/09:AP arrived in the mail (date issued 08/27/09)

09/09/09:biometrics done...

09/17/09:EAD = card arrived today...so happy...

10/03/09:interview notice received

11/05/09:AOS -- interview approved (thank u mama mary)...

11/16/09: GREEN CARD arrived today...

Yaaa i got my NOA's on 31st July and my BIO appointment is 21st August, do they normally have different times for kids, my daughters is 1 hour before mine, i would have thought they would have been the same time.
