My wife is here on a K3 Visa. We filed and she received her Authorization for Employment Card shortly after. Now, it expires Sept 1, 2009. How do we get a new one and will we have to pay another $340?

You could do the adjustment of status and then not have to worry about the EAD as your wife would have a green card.

Not true, not everyone gets their green card within one year. We filed more than 9 months ago and they just now, after 9 months sent and RFE which we have not received yet. Given their untimeliness with our case we will soon be having to file for another EAD as I doubt he will have his green card prior to this EAD expiring.

As to the question, it is my understanding that you do not have to pay for a renewal if you have AOS pending. perhaps this is what the prior response meant.
