hello everyone, i need the addres for the FBI please, my i-130 is been pending for over a year and i need surgerys very soon . i called uscis today and requested an expedite for the 3rd time and also i requested an outside procesing time request and 30 minutes later i received an email from them and they are telling me to wait six months !!! this is really ridicules . i have an emergency medical situation and they dont really care. how long does it take to check the background of my husband who never been in jail or prison all his life. what is wrong with these people . can someone please give me the address and tips of how to contact the FBI. thank you all

The first setback came during the medical. Naty had to do the 3 day sputum and then we waited 2 months for the results. YESSSS>came back negative

Went for her interview on July 16th and received her Pink Slip......Finally. Paid the AIR21 and I expect her here August 10th, 2009. Marriage will be August 21st, exactly 4 years to the day that we first met.

12 ways to contact FBI

Suggest you start writing letters to Congressman, Senator etc. My congressman got me the official FBI Status: "Processing". Not really helpful... You could get FOIPA also to see if there is any FBI file. My FOIPA took about 60 days and there was a file: 7 pages with some portions blacked out and 7 more pages not released to me.

I thought they were processing FBI faster these days... Often the only solution when they refuse to go forward is to file WOM.

07-06-06: Delay due to N-400 processing begins. (Background check delay)

thank you very much i appreciate it alot . i noticed when i checked the online status that they touched it yesterday and today? is this means something? they sent me the email first and later on they touched it and they touched it again today. i will contact the congress office but i was told that FBI dont care about the congress or anybody else, but i will give it a try. thank you

I would say the touching is probably a good sign. I can't comment in ref. to FBI done or not because my cases have never been touched. The ultimate sign used to be a new fingerprint notice if the fingerprints were expired.... but it might not apply if not 18 months yet.

Yes... better to try contacting congressman... nothing to lose in trying.

The country (Jordan) may normally take longer..
