HHM and we know that he is the LPR how? The name is Army wife so I would venture to guess it is she who has the interview. He need to explain to his boss the need to get this doen and make up any lost work.

Your interview is tomorrow? At what point did your husband ask for the time off? From just what I've read here, looks like a last minute thing. If so, that's not a good thing. :bonk:

No question, you both have to be there.

Its not last minute it's just that its a new job and with the economy its already hard to find one and he was sick a few weeks back and his the company works on this points system and and the workers that are new cant rack up no more than 35 points and being sick 2 days put him at 30 points we need this job.

Is it possibly to reschedule based on not being able to get time off?

You should have rescheduled the interview at least two weeks ago, then they might have done it. He needs to explain to his boss that his wife's stay in the USA depends upon him attending the interview. Just take an hour or two off if you live nearby. Hopefully you can work it out. Let me assure you that if he does not attend, he might have to take a lot more time off to deal with your deportation notice and fighting it in court. :(

10/01/2010: Application was sent.

10/04/2010: Application was received.

10/06/2010: Email received "Application has been received" & Noticed Date.

10/07/2010: "Touch"

10/08/2010: "Touch" & Check was Cashed

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.
