There's some people from 2008 and even 2007 that havn't gotten their NOA2 yet.

They're the ones that deserve to complain about it.

It was rainy this morning so I sat here and read through the June 2009 report along with the Q&A's that the ombudsman had in conference calls in recent years.. They said they try to do FIFO, but the prioritize with the most efficient way to keep up.. it boils down to that they pick through to get the easy ones or what appears easy at a glance and then they address the rest... I remember being a mechanic years ago... we had a guy that worked with us that did the same thing.. the rest of us did FIFO as directed and he cherry picked the easy ones to look good on paper and make more $... I guess they go the same route...

Some of the Q&A was enlightening.. here is a link to the Ombudsmans Q&A's and report

I'm sure the OP knows this and needs to vent a little and doesn't need to hear a "Suck it up" response. This is a support site Remember? And yes, it is unfair.

I know how you feel. I couldn't stand to read those posts on VJ. They made me so depressed and frustrated. And than, when we almost loose hope that we will get NOA2 anytime soon, and started to prepare ourselves to 6 months waiting, and talking about who we will contact when that time pass, or stop K1 and marry and start K3.....Well, the Sun come after the darkest night, and we got our NOA2!

Your will be there soon. Just hold on and be grateful that you found your love. (L) That is the biggest treasure, which many people never find.

I wonder what makes a case seem "easy." Having all of your paperwork filled correctly? Providing a lot of evidence? I hope they think my case is easy. I feel like I provided everything and thensome. I even filled out the I-134 complete with the letter from my employer and tax transcripts.

I will gladly trade VSC (where my application is right now) for your CSC. We're still waiting for the last half of February to be approved.

Hang in there, I am sure yours will be approved soon.. I haven't been waiting as long as you but I do understand your frustration..

I wish I knew how this whole thing worked, I thought it was first come first served.. Yet I keep being reminded everyone's case is different.

The wait sucks, but hang on in there you will be together soon.. I am so sorry I couldn't be of anymore help..

Wow..Saska...that sounds almost like me..i've been talkign to david about what if the petition was lost, what if we get denied, about maybe doing US to CAN immigration instead..and with the wait for interviews..it looks like it might be January that we get to be together which will be 13 months :(

I just really miss him and my dogs. i have two beautiful puppies that i've not seen in a year, one was a baby when i left him the other is prolly pissed at me for leaving :(

And a MIL who is sposed to make my dress and keeps asking when i'll get down there :( And Duchmatt..it is very depressing to see ppl get extremely lucky and get approved in less than 100 days. I'm not mad at them..i know it's USCIS that i want to strangle, but it does get harder to log in here each day and look at the posts and timelines :(

Hopfully yours and my Noa2 will be here soon....and i mean like b4 the end of the damn month grr..:) Hugs..hang in there..as David keeps telling me...What is the rest of our lives together compared to a few months of being apart.
