Just started to K-1 process but Forgot a form.

Hi yall Im new here I have no idea what Im doing.Sorry if I may be on the wong topic

Im worried bacause forgot a paper when I sent the I-129F petition.

After reading the instructions over and over but I guess I missed somthing.

forgot to include the Fiance letter of intent.

just called my fiance after I found out this.

she lives in China by the way.

She will write the letter with in the week.

Wander what will the uscis say about this?

Will the reject it?

or just ask for more info?

Anyone help?

You will probably get an RFE from USCIS - so make sure you have it ready to go. (you need one from you and your benificary).

You will most likely get an Request for Evidence (RFE) for it Bobby_Umit is correct. Either you will wait for them to notify you what they want, presumably your fiancee's letter of intent. Some members here have preempted their self-discovered "lacks" in their petition submission by sending immediately a "corrected" form of their initial packet with a cover letter stating that your initial packet lacked whatever it is that you are attaching with this new one you are sending.

One can only hope that you had replicas of what you sent so it would be easier for you to do whatever you need to do.

Im not in to much of a rush.just hope to get her Visa with in 12 months.

When you said replicas.What did you mean?Copies of the forms and documents?

Yes I have that..If they ask for a RFE will they only need what they ask for ,or will they need the whole packit again?

indicated above. You will find examples of everything you need, filled out, under section 3.2.

You don't want to go to the trouble of sending the letters, only to find out you didn't follow the

I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you're not in a rush, just wait for the RFE if they do send it. To be honest, I didn't sent a letter of intent. Neither mine nor hers. I didn't get an RFE and was approved within 4 months. But it might depend on who's processing your form too.

They will not reject it (would be GOOD for you if they did because you would get it back in a week or two and be able to re-submit).

They will likely send an RFE and it will slow the process a few weeks. DO NOT send anything to them without an RFE as it will go into the USCIS black hole (many people do not know this, but "black hole" was a term coined by USCIS victims...not astronomers, who copied it as being most appropriate. YES, it is true...you read it here, on the internet, it MUST be true)
