I just received an RFE for my wifes I-129F after 152 days...the funny thing is she is already here.

Our I-130 was approved on March 11th....NVC completed on April 22nd...Interview passed on June 26th...Entry on July 7th

They are wasting processing time on petitions that are irrelevant.

What if you received an RFE a day after you actually sent the documents that NVC is asking, will you just disregard the RFE?

My situation was, I sent first the DS230 packet to the NVC, and hubby sent the AOS later that we we're expecting. So last 21st hubby sent the AOS finally and just today we received the RFE for the AOS in my email.

can we just disregard this?
