Hey guys!

EAD news: The ombudsman is going to request an expedite since VSC f'd up ha!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. The weather here has been super fantastic. NO humidity and just awesome. :dance: I keep thinking: "when will we pay for this?" a bad winter? A "real" summer going thru september? lol

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Weather here is like a furnace :( I hope this means a warm winter?

Driving is getting better. Almost ready to take the test. Needs more practice with parallel parking and stuff like that.

Lisa, that's great news about the EAD. You never know, you might get his EAD earlier than all of us?

I guess Friday we'll have a season finale then? :lol:

Have not heard anything on the EAD homefront. I do hope it comes soon! Somebody needs to get out of the house and keep himself busy so he doens't drive me crazy :lol:

Where's Wen been? I havent seen her post in a long time. I know she's working, I guess that eats up the daily posting time :P

Hi everyone! Sorry it's been soooo long. CnT, please send some of the warmth up here! I'm really getting tired of the rain and 60's. D is really enjoying his free ESL classes. Tomorrow will be his last day, so I'm planning on sending him in with muffins for his classmates.

We went to visit with my family in PA last weekend. We biked Saturday and Sunday and even made a trip to Hershey Park. D really enjoyed it. I have work in Puerto Rico next week and am planning on taking D with me. At least one of us can enjoy the hotel!

No word on D's EAD, BUT it's not 3 months until 9/1. I'm going to contact the same lady in the Congressman's office and ask her to check it in the beginning of August. I have a friend who works with FedEx which means an "in" for D, but they want people who can start in mid-August. With his school schedule, the short evening shift would work out well.

As for driving, we haven't gotten anything done on that front yet! He has to take an 8-hour class and I've been slack on getting him registered (plus it will eat into our weekend plans!).

I was a lil under the weather earlier this week but feel much better now.

I was out all day... Home now..... I'll be in bed watching the ####### TUBE tonight. :pop: No kids. Hmmmm I have this "empty" feeling without them here. :cry:

We are planning a tubing escapade on Saturday.... I never went tubig so this should be a HOOOTTTTTTTT.

I am tired of dealing with A-Hole lawyers. I think their education makes them assume they can talk down to everyone.... If I didn't need a paper signed by my ex attorney I would turn ghetto-fied and bad things would be flying out of mouth left and right. heck, I'd even make up words.....
