I live in MA and I have my I 485 AOS interview on 31st of July 2009 in Boston. I have an approved I-130. I am a widow. My husband passed away in June of 2008 after 18 months of marriage . I have not found any documented experiences for AOS interviews for widows who were married less than 2 years. Note that J Napolitanos memo of June 15 th (http://www.ssad.org/images/Surviving_Spouses_Deferred_Action_Guidance.pdf) and the first circuit Supremes’ court ruling on the widow penalty has changed the way such cases are handled..

If you know if any similar experiences, please tell me about them.

Thanks
