Good luck with the cardiologist. I'm surprised that they are insisting on getting additional medical information about this since it isn't a communicable disease and poses no potential threat to anyone but yourself. I know that type B conditions are listed - I have one (type 1 diabetes) but that they generally don't cause issues with immigration. Hopefully it will all work out in your favour very soon and you will get that visa in your hot little hands.

UPDATE:

My doctor is starting to think my chest xray got switched with someone else's. On the Monday I got back to Winnipeg I had two sets of x-rays schedule to compare. They say my heart is fine, so hopefully I'll be on my way soon. Thank God! Eek

Edit:

lol I should say two doctors looked at my updated x-rays and said everything is fine and the symptoms I've been noticing are common with people who are stressed.

That's great Beans. Well, that you're healthy. Awful that you went through all this stress. Are they faxing that little bit of info soon? And gracious!! If it got mixed up then someone else out there has something wrong with their heart, and they don't know it. I wonder of Woking will be able to find out who.

I hope you get that visa soon!! When are you hoping to move?

Yeah my doctor faxed it Friday when they reviewed the results with me. I e-mailed Laura directly after lol and she said she won't receive it until next week. So now I'm anxiously awaiting I'm just scared that if there was a switch are the medical results mine? lol Or will I all of a sudden be diagnosed with menopause. I'm hoping to leave Aug 25, I hope both Woking and the Embassy can get their stuff together in that time. I doubt it but I'm hoping. I just want to leave. At least all this time has given me the time to pay off any consumer debt I had. So now I have no credit card debt and my cell is no longer on contract. Whoop whoop.

You might get it in time *fingers crossed*

I envy you, girl. I won't pay off all my credit card, but most of it. I'll wait until the EAD and when the EI starts, or I get a job, then I can start paying more of it off. I'd rather have two incomes for that.

Glad the xrays cleared up the heart issues for you that must of been hard to get through till you knew for sure, hopefully the other person already knew about the heart problem and is getting care for it I would hate to hear later it went undetected for them and something bad happened.
