^^ Agreed! The waiver so SO much more than a form or a simple letter. It is an entire packet containing doctor's letters, financial statements, etc. A qualified lawyer can help you organize a great argument and packet, going into that interview will give her much more confidence if she has an excellent packet.

Agreed that it can be done yourself and this is an excellent site for help, but so is immigrate2us.net. They are specialists!

A B1 is not a work visa.

The common ones are H or L. Both allow dual intent

I doubt that she has any chance of getting another one, there is a waiver, I 192. But that is probably an outside chance.

After the ban, then she would be eligible to apply for a B, getting one is another case.
