Finally, after over 3 months in AP, she has received her Visa just moments ago when the Air 21 driver followed her all over town and finally found her in the restaurant at a wedding.

It does not matter how long the rest takes, we can handle it together.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

So just for kicks and to prove that the scripted mushrooms at the call center are clueless, I just called them to inquire about our case. No big surprise to find out that our case has been forwarded to the NIV section and we need to wait until we are contacted by USEM and thanks for purchasing the pin. By the way it is good for 90 days or 3 calls.

So I ask (real worried like) they're not going to charge me for extra calls are they?

Well What do you mean?

Well I purchased this pin back in February and have used it to call you guys something like 70 times with it to set up the appointment and to ask Where is her VISA?

7 times, are you sure?

No, 7 TEEEE times!

WHAT?

Hey I gotta go,....... Bye.
