Hi Guys,

We are ready to send the forms along with the requirements, however, on the instruction sheet of the report to marriage, it states to sign the pictures at the right side of bottom front, but the pictures are too small. Has anybody from here submitted their forms with signed pictures? If so, where did you sign them? We are sending them to LA.

Thanks,

Hi robacjd,

Can you please tell us which form or process are you talking about? It doesn't look like 751 or removing of condition as you seemed to be approved from your signature.

Thanks

You're right Immigrant2009, well spotted.

It's too soon for them to be applying for citizenship so it's anyone's guess what 'forms' they are talking about.

If the OP updates us with what they're talking about I'll move this again - to the right forum this time. :)

You can get them enlarged with a large enough border to put your signature.

Yes, I will be submitting a form report of marraige to the Philippines consulate. Per form instruction, pictures should be signed at the right bottom front but the required picture size are too small. Has anybody done this report of marriage before?

Thanks and sorry about the confusion.

I am on process of reporting my marriage too but as I go through the requirements, the kind of requirements that you are asking is not on the requirements that I am looking. I am going to send it to San Francisco Consulate. Hmmmm, every philippine consulate has different requierments?

I hope somebody can clarify on this one.

Thanks,

I signed my passport photos on the back. Are you talking about the passport photos? I personally appeared before the Philippine Embassy in San Francisco. The embassy has their own requirement for passport photo size. I paid $25 for the report of marriage and $50 for the renewal of passport.

Welcome to Northwest IL. My wife knows two filipinas from the East Moline area.

I helped one of her friends change the passport pictures to royal blue for the Chicago consulate. I know she had to go to the consulate in person for the passport renewel. I will ask her where she signed the next time I see her online.

Thanks,

I did report our marriage last year to the Consulate in LA and we didn't sign the pictures, I guess that's a new requirement now? Just sign on the back but you have to paste your pictures (husband and wife) on the appropriate boxes on the Forms anyway so signing on the back will be useless coz they won't see it. You can call the Philippine Consulate in LA and speak to one of the staff there for clarifications (213) 637-3021. Anyway, all applications submitted by mail, shall be notarized .Good luck.
