My fiance and I just sent in our I 129F package last Friday and only sent in one G325A for both of us. One for each of us! now i am reading you need to send in all 4!!!! i suppose they will mail us back asking for 3 more? even though these 4 forms are all the same?? I am starting to panic because we already have all of our wedding booked for next June and we cannot afford to have the process delayed for a long period of time. has this happened to anyone???

04-09-10: K1 Visa Received

04-17-10: US Entry (Toronto Pearson Airport to Peoria, Illinois)

06-12-10: Married the love of my life!!

06-25-10: Mailed I-485, I-765, I-131 petitions to Chicago Lockbox

07-01-10: NOA1

07-30-10: Case transferred to California Service Center

08-03-10: Biometrics in Naperville, IL

08-21-10: AP approved

08-28-10: Received AP

08-30-10: EAD approved

09-01-10: Received EAD

09-20-10: Green card approved!!

09-25-10: Green card recieved!!!!

You will most certainly receive an RFE for the other copies. Just wait for it to arrive, and then follow the instructions they send with the RFE.

We didn't send the G-325A's with original signatures, we received an RFE for them, and we were approved very shortly afterwards.

Sept. 2/08... Oath Ceremony

Sept. 5/08... Sent in Voter Registration Card

Sept. 9/08... SSA office to change status to "U.S. citizen"

Oct. 8/08... Applied in person for U.S. Passport

Oct. 22/08... U.S. Passport received

DONE!!! DONE!!! DONE!!! DONE!!!

Apr. 6/05... DS-230, Part I faxed to Vancouver Consulate

May 26/05... K-2 Interview - APPROVED!!!!

Sept. 5/05... Entered U.S.

Sept. 7/05... I-485 & I-131 sent to CLB

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

Although all 4 look the same, if you read at the bottom of each page, it states where that copy goes to. I thought the same as you until I found out why to send all 4.

March 9, 2010 - Received appointment for biometrics - will be on March 18

March 18, 2010 - Biometrics done

March 19, 2010 - Touches on I-485 and I-765

March 25, 2010 - Advance Parole approved..received on April 1 in the mail

March 29, 2010 - I-485 notice date, received on April 4, 2010

May 3, 2010 - EAD approved

May 5, 2010 - Date interview....approved

It happens all the time.

If all goes well you should be able to make your June wedding.

is there a way that i can send the remainder of the forms now? or should i just wait to receive the letter from USCIS? i really cannot have this process delayed too long.
