Is there any chance or way we can show evidence with digital video?

I have a few videos using my camera and my fiance's camera when she was here visiting. Would be nice if we submit video on a DVD or CD..

I am not sure about other embassy's but at interview stage it would have been impossible for me to present anything electronic - because electronic items were banned from embassy premises. I am pretty sure it is like that in all american embassy's.

At petition stage, no I shouldn't imagine so. Thousands of these petitions are looked at every year. Adjudicators do not have time to pop your dvd in the player and watch it.

Pictures, emails....chat logs...letters....etc are more than adequate evidence

08/21/2009 - AOS package sent

08/28/2009 - NOA 1 for AOS, EAD, AP

08/31/2009 - Cheque cashed

09/05/2009 - Biometrics notice received

09/23/2009 - Biometrics Appointment

09/23/2009 - I-485 Transferred to CSC

10/02/2009 - EAD Approved (card production) & AP approved!

10/11/2009 - EAD Card received

10/20/2009 - AOS approved, GC card production ordered! (53 days in total)

10/26/2009 - Green Card received - nearly 11 months to the day of our K1 NOA 1!

11/25/2009 - Started my new job!

02/26/2010 - Passed my driving test :-p

07/20/2011 - Eligible to remove conditions

2012 - Going for citizenship

09/20/2011 - Removal of conditions submitted to VSC....here we go...again!

It's been a quick and relatively painless journey thanks to tireless research, dumb luck and this community :)

DONE with USCIS for a while :)

An alternative could be to take snapshots you want from whatever sections of those videos and print them. I mean....this could be useful if case you don't have that many photos.

January 21, 2010 - Submitted AOS

January 25, 2010 - Cory received her SSN

March 9, 2010 - Received appointment for biometrics - will be on March 18

March 18, 2010 - Biometrics done

March 19, 2010 - Touches on I-485 and I-765

March 25, 2010 - Advance Parole approved..received on April 1 in the mail

March 29, 2010 - I-485 notice date, received on April 4, 2010

May 3, 2010 - EAD approved

May 5, 2010 - Date interview....approved
