hi guys..

so i'm done wtih my biometrics today..my appointment time is 11am..so we arrived there like 10mins b4 my time..good thing theres just 3 persons whos gonna take biometric so i dont need to wait long..fill out the form then they gave me number..so b4 they gave me number i so the guy incircle the I-485 (only) --remember when i post here asking bout just receiving 1 biometric notice which it should be 2 for the AOS and EAD..so poprocks i think told that no worry bout it cuz they have it in there system that it also comes w/ my EAD.. :ot2: so i asked the guy how come i only have the biometric for the AOS..?he told me did i already received my EAD cuz he thought i already received it and i only came for my AOS bio..so i answered him no i haven't receive my EAD card yet..so he said he doenst no why i haven't had 2 bio notice..?so i said i'm just gonna wait for the USCIS response on my bio..

--so it took just 10mins for my bio then done..need to check my email this week for their response..lets see what happens nxt..

Hubby's bio appt went smoothly too. We were out in less than 10 minutes, there were only 3 other people there! So since we got out early, we spent the day at the zoo :)

Already got a touch on the I-485 today :star:

2009-07-11 AOS packet mailed (and supposedly delivered the same day)

2009-07-15 NOA1 for I-485, I-131, I-765 (USCIS rec'd date is 07-12)

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!

Still waiting on my EAD, after I got 3 emails saying it was approved and card production was ordered...I got an email on Sept 2, 6, and 11th...

WTH???? Is this normal? anyways, i'm still waiting...

On a positive note, I finally got my DL today! After 5 visits to the DMV!!!!

They want you to works three jobs - it is the American way! :jest:

Congrats on the D/L glad you got that worked out finally. :thumbs:

Hey guys 3 more weeks till my interview. worried that my wife could not make it to the interview oct. 7th. her delivery date is oct 7th as well. any suggestions ? I probably need to reschedule, dam i was truly waiting for this my whole life.

hi all.

let me start by saying this forum helped me through my waiting period .it is the first thing i check in the morning and the last thing before i sleep.i got everything i needed on the forum even more to apply and get my green card.thanks all. i applied 14th july .had my interview oct 15 and was approved on the spot.went to interview alone since my wife was away on deployment. REGINA actually sent me to my mailbox more when she got her interview letter LOL.

i checked my portfolio and my 485 got touch again..but for my 765 no touch at all since my bio yesterday..im so worried about it that because of not having bio notice for 765 they might ended up not issuing me my EAD..guys should i call them anytime this week..? :(

Did you write your EAD case number on that sheet they had you fill out? Did your bio appointment letter list both case numbers? (I-485 and I-765)

no..cuz their only asking for my AOS case number..and thats the thing my bio appointment only have 1 case number just my I-485..thats why i asked the guy how come i only have 1 case number written on my notice..and he really have no idea why they only write 1..

Saw that I had a touch on EAD yesterday, and presto GOT IT TODAY :dance:

I can now go to SSN office and make changes :)

Now for GC...tic, toc, tic, toc... lol...
