what do u ask to NVC when u call to figure out something from operator??

what do u ask to NVC when u call to figure out something from operator?? such as u need ur pin #, interview date, bla bla

Hmm... not sure what you mean by pin # but for everything else I've always just asked them straight up.

"Hi I just wanted to see if my Affidavit of Support has been reviewed yet" or "I want to make sure my IV package has been entered into the system" or "Has my case been completed yet" and so on. They're usually very honest with you and not rude or annoyed that you're asking the way USCIS was.

NOA1 date: 04/17/2013

Biometrics: 08/23/2013

Interview: 10/07/2013

Oath: 01/23/2014

DONE!

i always say" i would like to know the status of my case...." then "i would like to know my interview date" and then "when was my case forwarded to the Embassy in Manila.." just ask them directly and they will give u direct answer too....Ü

02/27/12 - NOA1 petition received(hubby's birthday!)

06/06/12 - NOA2 stating I-130 approved

06/29/12 - NVC received case

07/09/12 - case entered in the system,assigned MNL # and IIN,email add given

07/12/12 - beneficiary emailed DS-3032, auto response received

07/18/12 - AOS fee bill/paid "IN PROCESS"

07/20/12 - AOS fee bill shows "PAID", mailed AOS package

07/25/12 - received AOS

07/25/12 - IV Fee Bill Invoiced, paid $230.00 "IN PROCESS"

07/26/12 - IV Fee bill shows "PAID"

07/28/12 - mailed IV Package

08/03/12 - received DS 230 packet

08/14/12 - sent RFE

08/16/12 - NVC received RFE

08/21/12 - log in failed

08/22/12 - case complete!

09/26-27/12 - medical at SLMC

10/04/12 - interview

12/01/12 - Left Philippines

Dec 15,2009 - Assigned interview date on January 24,2010!!

Jan. 24, 2010 - Interview!! Approved

Jan. 28, 2010 - VISA received

Mar. 03,2010 - POE, New York (JFK)

Apr. 12,2010- CA ID

May 20,2010- CA Driving License

May, 25,2010-Wife told me that she is pregnant ^_^

Jan.25,2011- Our daughter was born

NVC seems a lot friendlier than USCIS...so direct questions gives you direct answers

I've had opposite experiences. USCIS was friendly and so far NVC operators seem to be very grumpy and rude-maybe i'm calling too early in the morning for them
