Another Transformer movie? Did see the one made in 2007 and was disappointed in the graphics when viewing frame by frame. Instead of showing mechanical details of the transformation, was a blur to a blur. And those robots were way out of proportion from those vehicles they were disguised as.

Could have spent more time concentrating on Meagan, but she never got naked, so that wasn't fun either. Kids were really into transformers, we got a box laying around here someplace, but after they converted them a couple of times, got bored with them. But some pretty cool engineering went into those things.

The movie got some pretty bad reviews but if you turn off your brain and like the genre, bad reviews won't change your tastes.

I already got suckered watching Terminator: Salvation only because I liked the other movies and there wasn't much else playing that week.

Watched it in IMAX yesterday. Ok for teenagers but I came out of the movie with a headache. The Egypt scenes bugged me - not correct at all -- I'm sure MENA people can confirm this.

Well, it is a movie about giant robot vehicles from space. I imagine that a few creative liberties are taken.

...based on a kid's cartoon show from the 80's no less. Go figure.

I think ALC watch too much reality series.

Just COPs. I've seen a lot of great movies but most people have no idea what quality is. Mass entertainment also explains Wal-Mart and McDonalds are everywhere. It's how people will defend even the crappiest movies as a personal affront if anyone diagrees.

We saw it last night in a packed house. I didn't see the first one, haven't read any reviews, and the only information I carried going in was the old toys and cartoons. The effects were incredible and made the whole movie. The scenes in Egypt were laughable (chickens and donkeys, and 100-year-old garments flapping on clotheslines without a pair of jeans in sight, and my husband had no idea what language they were supposed to be speaking) but as people said, it's fiction. And every single woman in the movie was a sex object and very little else, pretty much interchangeable -- fiction again, I suppose, and adolescent boy fantasy. ;) But the effects were very cool. We both enjoyed it.
